[1] "Duncan Glen MacGregor (brother to the Tutour).", No 13 in 1586 list; No 8 in 1590; No 2 in 1592; No 2 in 1601; No 9 in 1602 list
1604. March 1 Five persons executed. - 4. Duncan MacGregor. - I thought this was Duncan Glen (senior), but he was mentioned in 1606, so it could be his son instead.

[2] Gregor listed in 1602 but not thereafter, At Edinburgh 10th July 1602 Letters of Horning
"9 -11. Duncan Glen McGregour and [ ] Gregoris and Patrick McGregouris 'his sones'"
Cited 1613 for burning of Achallader and executed. However, there is an alternative

Following an email discussion with Dr Ronnie Black, Gregpr is the most likely candidate to be Griogair odhar ard
Here is the text supplied by Ronnie:
The late Alasdair Duncan’s thesis on MacGregor poetry contains ‘Rann air Griogair Odhar Ard’. He says he took the poem from NLS ms 2135, vol. 7, p. 299. In his notes (p. 96) he says:
In the manuscript the text is headed: “Rann air Grigair Odhar Ard Mac Dhonncha na’n Gleann bhrathar do Mhac Grigair Ghleann Shreatha, an Gleann Uracha, aig taobh Loch Eite an Sgire Ardchattain.” Donnacha na’n Gleann was a younger brother of Gregor Roy of Glenstrae and his son Gregor was “a famous soldier.” (Clan Gregor, I, pp. 54–5.) The manuscript says of him: “this Gregor surpassed all the McGregors of his day, in personal strength, courage and conduct, as well as in civilization. He, after honourably concluding a peace with the families of Argyle and Breadalbane, was treacherously murdered, under a false pretence of having betrayed them, by a tribe of his own name, commonly called ‘Sliochd Ghrigair a’ Chnoic’ at Monadh Ghearraig, head of the parish of Aberfoyle, in Perthshire, while in the act of stooping down to tie his garter.”

[3] Patrick listed in 1602 :
At Edinburgh 10th July 1602 Letters of Horning
"9 -11. Duncan Glen McGregour and [ ] Gregoris and Patrick McGregouris 'his sones'"
but name change for Patrick in 1606 - Sept10 (see text below)
31 march 1611 - killed / Glenorchy
#34-1613d - despite being killed in 1611, listed as Patrik McCondochie Glean McGregour - "third rank"

[4] James not in any lists must have died

[5] 1602 list: 190. Duncan Glen McGregour in Creikgan.
Also name change for Duncan in 1606 - Sept10 (see text below)
